Wet Pots' retail boxes won't protect the glass and ceramic from damage during transit by Royal Mail. Subsequent claims can take months and involve the burden of proof, repetitive form-filling, and unexplained delays.

They need to be repacked and sent by City Link insured next-day delivery. The charge for this is £7.95 for up to three herb pots or two small pots. Otherwise, the charge is £10.95, unless the whole order comes to over £75.00. Although this adds to the cost, it's better than driving around specialist flower shops trying to find the mix of sizes you want.
